Soul Seva Holistic Wellness was founded by Dr. Ren who has a passion for holistic wellness and a desire to encourage others that it's a imperative to put themselves first. Dr. Ren practices the power of natural healing methods, service and to curate trauma informed spaces for healing and self discovery.
Our Story

Meet Dr. Ren
Thank you Beloved for visiting. It is my hope that we can meet and serve together.
Dr. Ren is dedicated to serving others, providing a safe place for women to be held, seen and loved.
Dr. Rens journey into holistic health and wellness started at a young age in her mother’s backyard gardens and planting flowers, with what felt like every weekend. There was a heartfelt connection to nature at early age but couldn’t quite put her finger on it. What she felt was a profound connection balance between body, mind, heart and spirit.
As a Massage Therapist, 200 hr. Yoga Teacher, Psychotherapist and Mindfulness facilitator; Dr. Ren found a sense of stillness, peace and transformation in her practices and her purpose is to share those with others.
Through somatic practices (body-centered techniques) we can decrease anxiety, depression and stress. With this reconnecting with bodily sensations, one can start the healing process from trauma, PTSD, anxiety and depression.
Dr. Ren is a strong proponent of Revolutionary Self-Care and teaches women to ‘take of the cape’ and develop a self-care practice that will restore their overall well-being.
As a BLACK woman living in America, Dr. Ren makes it her life’s mission to curate safe spaces for like-minded women.
